Terms of Service

By accessing and using the advisory and operational management services of Janbhojan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This document governs the relationship between the provider and the client in the field of organization, budgeting, and quality control of food hospitality services for industrial plants and corporate offices.

1. Purpose of the Service

Janbhojan offers training on waste control, negotiations with wholesale suppliers of inputs, and fixed cost auditing. The specific scope of each intervention is defined in the agreement signed between the parties. No specific economic results are guaranteed, as these depend on the implementation and particular conditions of each client.

2. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information about their operations, processes, and costs. Likewise, they must facilitate access to their facilities and the personnel involved in the kitchen, purchasing, and administration areas. Any omission or delay in the delivery of data may affect the quality of the service provided.

3. Limitation of Liability

Janbhojan acts as an advisor and operational manager. It is not responsible for management decisions made by the client based on our recommendations, nor for losses arising from the partial or incorrect implementation thereof. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service for the corresponding period.

4. Confidentiality and Data Use

All information shared during the provision of the service will be treated confidentially. Financial data, recipes, internal processes, or supplier lists will not be disclosed without the express authorization of the client. Upon termination of the relationship, both parties must return or destroy the sensitive documents received.

5. Term and Termination

The service will have the duration stipulated in the contract. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 calendar days' notice, without penalty. In the event of a serious breach of obligations, the affected party may terminate the service immediately.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Janbhojan reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification will imply acceptance of the new conditions.
